We have been delighted to recently count eight beautiful huge Hawker dragonflies hatching from their nymph skins in our pond. There have also been a host of smaller, jewel-like damselflies flitting about in the sunshine. My son has taken some beautiful photographs of them. [link] In other news, I've managed to pull a muscle in my shoulder while cleaning the oven. This is the first time I've cleaned inside the oven in about five years so that's probably why....
